Terms of Service

1. Overview

GrindSell ("we", "us", "our") is a personal marketplace operated by a single seller. We offer GTA Online accounts and boosting services for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services Offered

We sell two categories of products:

• GTA Online Accounts: Pre-configured Xbox accounts with in-game assets (money, level, vehicles). Credentials are delivered exclusively through your secure GrindSell dashboard — never by email.
• Boost Services: Services performed on your existing GTA Online account (cash drops, rank boosts, business unlocks, etc.). You provide your account credentials, which are encrypted and used solely for the purposes of completing your order.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from GrindSell. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to make this purchase in your country.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable fees. Once a payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation in your dashboard.

5. Delivery

Account credentials are made available in your dashboard immediately after your payment is confirmed by Stripe. Boost services require you to provide your account details through the secure order form; work typically begins within a few hours of submission and is completed within the estimated timeframe shown on the product page.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued in the following situations:

• The product or service was not delivered as described.
• A technical error on our end prevented delivery.
• The boost service was not started within a reasonable time.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• You changed your mind after credentials were delivered.
• Your GTA Online account was banned by Rockstar Games due to your own actions.
• You provided incorrect account credentials for a boost service.

To request a refund, please contact us through the order chat inside your dashboard. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through Stripe.

7. Risk Acknowledgement

GTA Online account modifications and boosting services are not officially supported by Rockstar Games. While we take every precaution to minimise risk, GrindSell cannot be held liable for any action taken by Rockstar Games against your account, including temporary suspensions or permanent bans resulting from in-game activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and layout — is the property of GrindSell. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrindSell's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the seller's country of residence. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that territory.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of GrindSell after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
